Willow Control Principles for Lake Burley Griffin and the Molonglo River

Rather than provide a specific control prescription for each survey reach, some guiding principles are outlined which are relevant to all parts of the Lake and Molonglo River. These should be used in conjunction with the survey maps to determine where and when to control willows based on the listed priorities. It is important that a thorough assessment of cost and impacts are undertaken before on-ground works commence.
